The Celina Mercer Co. Chamber held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, June 5th at Lake Nutrition located at 108 West Market Street in Celina. Lake Nutrition is a place that promotes a healthy active lifestyle, with healthy meal replacement smoothies, energy tea, free workouts, and personalized programs to help individuals get into the best shape of their lives. Their smoothies have 150-200 calories, 15-24 grams of protein, 21 essential vitamins and minerals providing the body with as much nutrition as a 1500 calorie meal.
