NOTE: Number of employees to be based on the average number during the year. For the purpose of this schedule, an employee is defined as all owners, managers and employees of a business working in or using a Mercer County area firm's offices as a base of operations. A part-time employee is defined as any person averaging less than 21 hours per week.
