    An educational program designed to build more and better volunteers for communities in the Mercer County area. The program is open to all adult persons within the county. Each year the participants attend a one day a month for ten months class. Classes start in September and end in June. Subjects are varied and county-wide. Class is limited to 20 participants each year.
