Your chamber is a member of the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance and NOACC which allows many cost saving programs. Eye glasses and dental plans are included in some programs. With the ChamberSaver program, a business with 2-50 employees, you will have access up to a 1.4% savings on any Anthem group health insurance plan through premium tax credits savings. Groups from 51-500 may be eligible for 1% premium savings. You decide what is best for you and your business.

The SOCA Benefit Plan MEWA, administered by Anthem is a smart solution for groups with 50 or fewer employees and sole proprietors. It allows smaller employers to join together to share in the overall claims risk, backed by Anthem to stop loss coverage.

The Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance workers compensation group rating program continues to save its participating members huge discounts on their premium payments to the BWC. These significant savings give you the competitive edge because they reflect a reduction in the cost of doing business. New Chamber members will have a new member photo taken which will be distributed to local newspapers and online newspapers.

All members are listed on the Chamber website in alphabetical order and also by category of business. Customers can find you business easily via the chamber website. You can also have your business hyperlinked from our website directly to yours.

An educational program designed to build more and better volunteers for communities in the Mercer County area. The program is open to all adult persons within the county. Each year the participants attend a one day a month for ten months class. Classes start in September and end in June. Subjects are varied and county-wide. Class is limited to 20 participants each year.

Gives members a chance to get to know fellow members several times a year. The Chamber’s Annual Banquet is held each year and honors a leading citizen. The Chamber business after hours offers great opportunities for networking with other local business people.

The Chamber office sells $5, $10 and $20 gift certificates to members and the general public which can be used as cash at members place of business to purchase goods or services. These certificates are redeemed at face value upon presentation at the Chamber office by chamber members.

Chamber sponsored industry organization in the two county area that deals with Health and Safety Issues and Environmental Issues. Designed to help our industries stay knowledgeable about government mandates, regulations and compliances. Active safety council members can receive a 4% rebate off their BWC premiums.
